Call for Late Breaker Poster Submissions

The late breaker abstracts submissions site is now closed for the 2019 Annual Scientific Meeting.

How to Log in to Submit:

  • Click the white “Login” button on the top right corner of the home page
  • Enter your GSA username and password*
    • If you have forgotten your password, select “Forgot your password”
    • If you do not have an account with GSA, you may create one here
  • Once logged in, click the white “My Account” button on the top right corner of the home page
  • Click “Abstract Central” to begin the submission process

 *If you have previously been active with The Gerontological Society of America, you should have an existing account. If unsure, click “Forgot your password” to see if your e-mail address is in the system.

All abstracts must be submitted via the Cadmium submission site. Make sure to read the instructions on each page and the planning guide before completion. You will be able to edit and resubmit your abstract as many times as necessary before the September 12 deadline.

Late Breaker Submission Fees

The abstract submission fee is a processing fee and is nonrefundable (regardless of acceptance). Once the abstract has been submitted, it is considered processed.

• Professional Late Breaker Poster: $30

• Student Late Breaker Poster: $20
