Description: In preparation for the GSA 2023 Call for Abstracts, the Grandparents as Caregivers has scheduled a Call-In Session (Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 12-1:30pm (EST)). The purpose of the call is for us to share ideas about possible abstract topics for posters, papers and symposia. If you are unable to attend, it will be recorded to share with non-attendees.

Description: Join us for this 2023 kick off gathering in which we have two goals in this no-pressure space. 1) The call for abstracts is fast approaching and we want to encourage everyone to begin thinking about their potential submissions and provide an opportunity to discuss conference symposium ideas. Leah Buck and Christine Proulx discuss conceptual definitions of dyads within aging research, types of research questions that might be best answered by models such as the Actor-Partner Interdependence Model (APIM), and mixed methods resources and design decision-making.
